While not completely allergy-free, LED lashes have helped many clients who previously experienced reactions to traditional extensions. Some clients may still experience sensitivity. We offer:

Yes, any lash extension service can be created using LED technology.

We recommend lash lifts every 5-6 weeks, allowing a 5-week break between treatments. Some clients may schedule every 4 weeks depending on their natural lash growth cycle. We can accommodate occasional earlier appointments (4 weeks) to fit special occasions or holiday plans.

While we recommend booking appointments online to secure your preferred time, we often can accommodate same-day appointments. Online booking is available up to 2 hours in advance. For immediate availability, message us on Instagram or text us.

Simply write “LED” in the comment section during online booking, or inform your stylist at the appointment.

Prices vary by stylist and chosen set. Our most popular starting options are the Blooming 80/80 and Classic 80/80.

Book a wedding lash consultation after your makeup trial. We typically recommend a trial set 2-3 months before your wedding for any needed adjustments.

Deposit

• A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• The remaining balance is payable on the day of your appointment.
• Deposit refunds are processed manually and may take 2–5 business days to appear in your account.

Changes & Cancellations

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• To cancel your appointment, please contact us. Any new appointment must be booked online.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

• Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from booking that time.
• We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from clients who repeatedly arrive late, cancel at short notice, or do not attend their appointments.

Lash Extension Infill Policy

• Infill appointments are available within 4 weeks (28 days) of your previous appointment.
• After 4 weeks, your appointment will be charged as a Full Set, as most extensions have grown out and need to be removed and replaced.
• In exceptional circumstances, your stylist may allow an infill at their discretion depending on the condition of your lashes.

Removal Fee

• An additional removal fee applies if you arrive with eyelash extensions from another salon or with mascara that needs to be removed before your service.

We require a minimum 3-day waiting period after patch testing to monitor for any reactions.

While we don’t specialise in Anime lashes, we recommend our Classic or Blooming sets with lash coating for a natural look that maintains its appeal as lashes shed.

To maintain our signature quality, we require removal of previous extensions before applying a new set, as our technique differs from other salons.

Bottom lash extensions and lifts are optional, though we believe they can have a significant impact. Bottom lash lifts may also address certain medical concerns.
